Returns & Exchanges

At Made Sacred, we want you to feel completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We’ve kept our returns process simple and fair.

Returning an item

  • Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn/unwashed.

  • Stained, worn, washed, or tag-less items may not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to you.

  • Please email us at hello@madesacred.shop for the returns form and send it back to us completed.

  • Returns must reach us within 28 days of receiving your order.

How to send it back

  • You’re responsible for the parcel until it arrives safely at our warehouse, so please pack it securely.

  • You don’t need the original packaging - any sturdy packaging is fine.

  • We recommend using a tracked service so you have proof of postage.

  • We’re not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.

Refunds

  • We’ll refund the full amount you paid for the item (including sale prices).

  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. The money should appear back in your account shortly after, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

  • We’re happy to exchange for a different size or colour of the same style, as long as the item is in original condition and the new item is the same value.

  • We can’t exchange for a completely different product. In that case we’ll refund you so you can place a new order.

  • Exchanges are sent to the address on your original order.

  • If the size or colour you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

A few extra notes

  • If your item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one, please get in touch - we’ll cover the return postage and sort it out for you straight away.

  • Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

  • We’re a small brand and really appreciate you taking care when returning items. Thoughtful returns help us keep waste down and prices fair.
